How R2 Subscriptions Work

R2 subscriptions are structured around two layers: subscription types and subscription levels. This allows organizations to choose the workflow that fits their role and then scale capacity based on operational needs.

Choose Subscription Type

Start with Base, Service, or System depending on how your organization uses the platform.

Select a Subscription Level

Choose Basic, Professional, or Enterprise based on the included operational capacity you need.

Scale with Add-Ons

Expand included users, locations, and asset tracking capacity as operational needs grow over time.

Subscription Levels

Each subscription type includes multiple levels that determine the included operational capacity within the platform.

Basic

Entry-level included capacity for smaller teams and organizations getting started with structured record management.

Enterprise

Highest included capacity for organizations managing larger portfolios of users, locations, and tracked assets.

What Subscription Levels Determine

Subscription levels define the included capacity available within each plan type.

User Seats

The number of user accounts included for your team within the platform.

Locations & Properties

The number of locations or properties that can be maintained within the subscription.

Asset Tracking

The number of assets or assemblies that can be tracked and managed in the system.

Scale as Your Operations Grow

Add-ons allow organizations to expand beyond the included limits of their subscription level. Additional capacity can be added as operational needs grow.

  • Additional user seats
  • Additional locations or properties
  • Additional asset tracking capacity
  • Stackable add-ons for long-term scalability
Scalable Capacity

Start with the Right Plan and Expand as Needed

Subscription levels define the included limits, while add-ons provide a flexible way to increase users, locations, and assets without changing the overall plan structure.

Included Platform Storage

All R2 subscriptions include 10GB of storage for documents, files, and supporting records. Additional storage options are available if expanded capacity is needed.

Subscription Questions

Learn how R2 subscriptions work, how plans scale, and what to expect as your operation grows.

Subscription Types

What is the difference between Base, Service, and System subscriptions?

R2 offers three subscription types designed for different users. Base plans are designed for property owners, Service plans support service providers performing work, and System plans are designed for utilities managing locations and assets across their system.

How do I know which subscription type is right for me?

The right subscription depends on how you interact with locations and assets. Utilities typically use System plans, service companies use Service plans, and property owners use Base plans to track assets and work with service providers.

What determines the subscription level within each type?

Subscription levels determine the included capacity for user seats, assets, and locations. Higher levels support larger operations with more users and records.

Billing & Cancellation

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. R2 subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account will remain accessible until the end of the billing cycle. After cancellation, account data is permanently removed.

Scaling & Add-Ons

Can R2 scale as my operation grows?

Yes. R2 is designed to scale as organizations grow by increasing the number of user seats, assets, and locations.

What happens if I need more users, assets, or locations?

Add-ons allow organizations to increase capacity beyond their included subscription limits without changing plans.

Do subscriptions include data storage?

Yes. All subscriptions include 10GB of storage for documents and records stored within the platform.

Account & Access

Is an email address required?

Yes. Each subscription requires a primary email address, and every user must have their own unique login.

Can multiple users access the same account?

Yes. Organizations can add multiple user seats depending on their subscription level.
