Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Oregon law.
Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Deschutes County, Oregon.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be pursued individually, not as part of a class action.

Copyright: Claims of copyright infringement should be directed to R2 Utility’s Copyright Agent.
Minors: The Site is intended for users aged 18 and older. R2 Utility does not knowingly collect information from users under 13.
Termination: R2 Utility may terminate your access to the Site at any time.
