Accessibility Statement
This statement describes R2 Utility’s accessibility objective, ongoing efforts, and process for reporting accessibility concerns.
Effective Date: January 2026
Overview
This Accessibility Statement (“Statement”) is entered into between you and TNJ LLC dba R2 Utility (“R2 Utility,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and applies to www.r2utility.com and any other website, mobile application, social media page, or digital medium owned or operated by R2 Utility (collectively, the “Site”).
This Statement is incorporated by reference into, and made part of, the Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree that this Statement is subject to and governed by the Terms, including without limitation the dispute resolution, arbitration, limitation of liability, limitation of time to file claims, and class action waiver provisions contained therein.
This Statement is provided for informational purposes only. It does not create any contractual rights, warranties, representations, or obligations beyond those expressly set forth in the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Statement and the Terms, the Terms shall control.
R2 Utility reserves the right to modify this Statement at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any revised Statement constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Accessibility Objective
R2 Utility seeks to provide a Site experience that is accessible to a broad range of users, including individuals with disabilities.
We endeavor, where commercially reasonable, to design and maintain the Site in substantial conformance with generally recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Accessibility standards evolve over time, and interpretations of such standards may vary. Accordingly, accessibility is an ongoing effort and not a guarantee of compliance, operability, or usability under all circumstances.
R2 Utility does not represent or warrant that the Site will meet any particular legal standard, technical specification, or individual accessibility requirement.
Nothing in this Statement shall be construed as an admission that any particular federal, state, or local accessibility law or regulation applies to the Site, and R2 Utility expressly reserves all rights and defenses under applicable law.
Ongoing Efforts
R2 Utility may, in its sole discretion, conduct periodic internal reviews of Site content and functionality, utilize automated or manual accessibility testing tools, implement updates intended to improve accessibility, and prioritize remediation efforts based on feasibility, impact, and available resources.
We reserve the right to determine the scope, timing, and nature of any accessibility modifications. Nothing in this Statement obligates R2 Utility to undertake any specific remediation action or to meet any particular timeline.
Third-Party Content
The Site may include third-party content, software integrations, payment processors, embedded features, plug-ins, or external links. R2 Utility does not own or control such third-party services and makes no representations regarding their accessibility.
Your use of third-party websites or services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
Pre-Litigation Notice and Dispute Resolution
R2 Utility is committed to addressing accessibility concerns in good faith.
Before initiating any claim, demand, lawsuit, arbitration, or other legal proceeding relating to the accessibility of the Site, you agree to provide R2 Utility with written notice describing the specific accessibility concern and the requested accommodation.
Your notice must include your name and contact information, the specific webpage, feature, or service at issue, a detailed description of the alleged accessibility barrier, and the date on which the issue was encountered.
Upon receipt of such notice, R2 Utility shall have a reasonable opportunity, not less than forty-five (45) days, to investigate and, where commercially reasonable, address the concern.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no individual shall be entitled to pursue any claim relating to the accessibility of the Site unless such individual has experienced an actual, personal, and concrete accessibility barrier in connection with a genuine attempt to access or use the Site for its intended purpose.
Any dispute relating to accessibility shall be governed exclusively by the dispute resolution, arbitration, limitation of liability, limitation of time to file claims, and class action waiver provisions set forth in the Terms of Use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2 Utility disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding accessibility, usability, operability, or compliance with any legal standard. R2 Utility does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free accessibility.
Nothing in this Statement modifies or expands the disclaimers, limitations of liability, or other protections contained in the Terms of Use.
