Notices
View notices tied to properties and assets, manage reusable notice templates, track notice status, and open the generated notice PDF for full document review.
What is a Notice?
A Notice is a record used to document communication tied to a property or asset. Notices help your team keep reminder, repair, and compliance communication organized and connected to the correct record so the history stays visible inside the system.
- Example: A water shutoff notice or annual compliance reminder tied to a specific property or asset record.
Notices Dashboard
The Notices Dashboard shows all notices that have been attached to an asset or property. This is the main page for reviewing notice activity across your system.
- From the left sidebar navigation, click Notice Center.
- A list of all notices currently tied to a property or asset.
- The notice name and notice number.
- The description of the notice.
- The property or asset the notice is tied to.
- The notice status on the right side of the row.
- The date and timestamp showing when the notice was added.
- Top Summary Counters show totals such as open, pending, resolved, overdue, and recently sent notices.
- Search helps narrow the notices list quickly.
- Templates & Triggers gives access to notice templates and notice trigger setup.
- Queue Panels show notice-related queue counts such as auto-send, email errors, and print queue.
Opening a Notice PDF
Clicking a notice from the Notices Dashboard opens the notice PDF. This allows you to view the full generated notice document with all included notice information.
- The selected notice opens as a PDF document.
- The PDF contains the full notice content and related information included in that notice.
- This is the document view users reference, download, or share as needed.
- The dashboard gives you the notice list and status overview.
- The PDF gives you the full notice document itself.
Notice Templates
The Notice Templates tab is where you view and manage all notice templates in your system. This page helps you organize reusable notice formats before they are applied to properties or assets.
- From Notice Center, click the Notice Templates tab.
- A list of all notice templates currently available in the system.
- The template Name.
- The template Subject.
- The Includes field showing whether the template is built for a Property or Asset.
- An Actions menu for template management.
- Search helps you quickly find templates by name, subject, or body content.
- Sort lets you organize templates by the selected sort option.
- Filter helps narrow the template list.
- + Add Template starts the workflow to create a new notice template.
- Actions allows you to manage a template, including options such as Edit and Delete.
